Name: Reid State Park
Location: Georgetown, Maine
Date Visited: 21 May
Random Facts: The park houses the first state-owned salt water beaches.  The wide beaches and accompanying dunes,  a rarity in the state, provide nesting areas for endangered least terns and piping plovers and habitat for other shorebirds.
